Classified staff members are invited to the Classified Staff Professional Development Day Jan. 13. The event, titled "Sustainability at Home & Work," will feature keynote speaker Mary Pierce, the author of three books of inspirational humor for women. Other speakers will be Dr. Crispin Pierce, associate professor of envionmental public health at UW-Eau Claire; Terry Hintz, owner of Eau Claire Bike & Sport; Erin LaVaive, horticulture educator for Eau Claire County UW Cooperative Extension; and Dr. Susan Moch, UW-Eau Claire professor of nursing.
