Interviews set for director of CETL candidates

CETL graphic On-campus interviews will begin during the week of Jan. 31 with two candidates for the position of director of UW-Eau Claire's Center for Excellence in Teaching and Learning. All members of the campus community are invited to attend the candidate open forum sessions, which will be held in Davies Theatre. The candidates will address the following topic: Describe your vision for CETL and how you plan to achieve it over the next two years.
The candidates and their open forum dates/times are:
  • Dr. Robert Eierman, Feb. 1, 3:30-4:30 p.m.
  • Dr. Jill Prushiek, Feb. 2, 10:30-11:30 a.m.
Following attendance at the open forum sessions, candidate feedback is requested via the online feedback form.

Lincoln Financial adviser on campus Feb. 2, 3

Lincoln graphicJim Egan, a UW-Eau Claire professor emeritus of economics and registered representative of Lincoln Financial Advisors in Eau Claire, will lead information sessions about the 403b tax-deferred savings programs available to UW-Eau Claire staff members. The sessions will be held Feb. 2 from noon-4:30 p.m. and Feb. 3 from 9 a.m.-noon in the Birchwood Room of Davies Center. The Lincoln National Corp. is an authorized vendor to the UW System Tax-Deferred Savings (403b) Program. Walk-ins are welcome anytime before or after the information sessions.
