Opening meeting, Chancellor's Roundtable set for Jan. 26
UW-Eau Claire faculty and academic staff are invited to a spring semester opening meeting at 3:30 p.m. Jan. 26 in Schofield Auditorium. A Chancellor's Roundtable for all university employees will begin at 3:45 p.m. in the same location. Agendas for the meeting and roundtable are as follows:
- Opening meeting — 3:30-3:45 p.m., Schofield Auditorium. Agenda: 1) Call to order; 2) Motion to change the Constitution, article 3: University Senate to include vice chancellors as non-voting members of the University Senate and University Senate Executive Committee; 3) Motion to change the Constitution, article 1: University faculty to merge the Faculty Termination Review and Faculty Complaint and Grievance committees; 4) Adjourn.
- Chancellor’s Roundtable — 3:45-4:50 p.m., Schofield Auditorium. Topics will include: PEEQ, budget update, acknowledgement of fall accomplishments and new employees, Blugold Commitment, facilities update and more.

'Thank you' from Career Services
The Career Services Charitable Outreach student organization and Career Services staff members thank everyone who donated to the Seniors' Secret Santa program last month. UW-Eau Claire staff members donated $1,559, which was matched by Mega Pick 'n Save, for a total of $3,118. Cashiers gave out $25 gift cards to 124 struggling senior citizens. Thank you, again, for your generosity.
