Lincoln Financial adviser on campus Sept. 16, 17

James Egan, a UW-Eau Claire professor emeritus of economics and registered representative of Lincoln Financial Advisors in Eau Claire, will provide information about the 403b tax-deferred savings programs available to UW-Eau Claire staff members. The sessions will be held Sept. 16 from 11:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. and Sept. 17 from 8:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. in the Potawatomi Room (320C) of Davies Center. The Lincoln National Corp. is an authorized vendor to the UW System Tax-Deferred Savings (403b) Program. Walk-ins are welcome. Flags to be flown at half-staff Sept. 11, Patriot Day

The U.S. flag will be flown at half-staff at all U.S. buildings, grounds and military installations beginning at sunrise and ending at sunset Sept. 11, Patriot Day. This will be done to honor and remember the individuals who lost their lives on Sept. 11, 2001. In addition, the people of the United States are asked to observe a moment of silence on Patriot Day in remembrance of the victims. More information.
