Classified staff call for nominations

The Classified Staff Nominating Committee is seeking nominations for the following committees, functions of which can be found on the Classified Staff website: Classified Staff Excellence in Performance Committee, Classified Staff Professional Development Committee, Classified Staff Funding Committee and Classified Staff Web Maintenance Committee. In addition, classified staff members are sought for the Commission on the Status of Women and the Chancellor's Diversity Advisory Commission. If you are interested (or know of someone who might be interested), please contact any member of the Classified Staff Nominating Committee.

Electrical outage set for June 30

An electrical outage, scheduled for Saturday, June 30, will affect Schofield Hall, old Davies Center, Old Library, McIntyre Library and Putnam Hall. D2L outage planned for June 28-29

A D2L outage is planned from 10 p.m. June 28 through 10 a.m. June 29 for an upgrade to D2L version 10. D2L will be completely unavailable during the outage. For more information, contact Roxie Muldoon, Learning and Technology Services, at muldoorr@uwec.edu or 715-836-2700.

Campus Surplus Store opens in new location

The UW-Eau Claire Surplus Store announces its grand reopening of surplus sales in the store's new location in the Maintenance and Central Stores Building on upper campus. On June 20 and July 11 from 1-3:30 p.m. and continuing at that same time every other Wednesday thereafter, university employees may view and reclaim surplus property for university departmental use. Public surplus sales will be held June 21 and July 12 from 3-6 p.m and continuing at that same time every other Thursday thereafter.
