St. Bede's open house set for Oct. 27

Parents of children who attend the UW-Eau Claire Children’s Center as well as all UW-Eau Claire students, faculty and staff are invited to attend an open house at St. Bede Monastery from 3:30-5:30 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 27, in the Fireside Room at St. Bede's. Both buildings at the St. Bede's facility will be open for touring, and UW-Eau Claire staff members involved with the Children’s Center relocation project will be on hand to answer questions. The facility is located at 1190 Priory Road, Eau Claire. The former monastery will be the relocation site of the Children's Center once its current site, Campus School, is razed to make way for the university's new Education Building.
