Phillips Memorial Public Library in Eau Claire. The workshop, co-sponsored by the Educational Opportunity Centers at UW-Eau Claire, will be presented from 6:30-8:30 p.m. Jan. 23 and repeated from 10:15 a.m.-12:15 p.m. Jan. 24 in the Chippewa Room on the library's lower level.
