Flags to be flown at half-staff May 8

As directed by Gov. Scott Walker, the flag of the United States and the flag of the state of Wisconsin will be flown at half-staff at all buildings, grounds and military installations of the state of Wisconsin beginning at sunrise and ending at sunset May 8, 2012. This will be done as a mark of respect for Cpl. Benjamin H. Neal of Orfordville, a member of the U.S. Army 1st Battalion, 508th Parachute Infantry Regiment, 4th Brigade Combat Team, 82nd Airborne Division, Fort Bragg, N.C, who lost his life while serving his country in Afghanistan.
