Flags to be flown at half-staff Dec. 7

As directed by Gov. Scott Walker, the flag of the United States and the flag of the state of Wisconsin will be flown at half-staff at all buildings, grounds and military installations of the state of Wisconsin beginning at sunrise and ending at sunset Dec. 7, National Pearl Harbor Remembrance Day.
