Flags to be flown at half-staff Sept. 11

As directed by Gov. Scott Walker, the flag of the United States and of the state of Wisconsin will be flown at half-staff at all buildings, grounds and military installations of the state beginning at sunrise and ending at sunset Sept. 11 — Patriot Day and National Day of Service and Remembrance. This will be done to honor and remember the individuals who lost their lives on Sept. 11, 2001.
