Flags to be flown at half-staff Sept. 11

As directed by President Barack Obama, the flag of the United States will be flown at half-staff at all buildings, grounds and military installations of the United States beginning at sunrise and ending at sunset Sept. 11 — Patriot Day and National Day of Service and Remembrance. This will be done to honor and remember the individuals who lost their lives on Sept. 11, 2001. Read full Presidential Proclamation.
