Flags to be flown at half-staff through Sept. 16

As directed by President Barack Obama, the flag of the United States will be flown at half-staff at all buildings, grounds and military installations of the United States through sunset Sept. 16. This will be done as a mark of respect for the memory of John Christopher Stevens, U.S. Ambassador to Libya, and American personnel killed in the senseless attack on the U.S. diplomatic facility in Benghazi Sept. 11.
