Flags to be flown at half-staff May 19

Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker has directed that the flag of the United States and the flag of the state of Wisconsin be flown at half-staff at all buildings, grounds and military installations of the state May 19 as a mark of respect for Sgt. Heidi Lynn Ruh of the U.S. Army, who lost her life May 9 while serving her country in Kosovo. More information.
