Flags to be flown at half-staff May 13

Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker has directed that the flag of the United States and the flag of the state of Wisconsin be flown at half-staff at all buildings, grounds and military installations of the state May 13 as a mark of respect for former Wisconsin Gov. Patrick Lucey, who passed away May 10. More information.
